Any contract of sale, payment of invoice or work accepted to be undertaken by JR Firearms is deemed as acceptance of our terms and conditions. No changes to these terms will be made unless specifically agreed in writing.
All custom work or services requested must be confirmed in writing via email, text message or WhatsApp.

All invoices must be paid within 14 days. Invoices paid outside of this time frame are subject to a 5% monthly interest charge and a £20 admin fee.
Upon completion of work, customers are given 28 days free storage. Any items not collected after this period are charged £5 per week for storage.

We will endeavour to complete all works in a timely manner, but due to the unique nature of custom work, the sourcing of components and the proof house, time frames cannot be guaranteed.
Prices are subject to change during the course of completion of accepted work. This is due to market variance in product prices, exchange rates and shipping costs. We will endeavour to minimise changes and advise before completion.
JR Firearms will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses incurred as a result of the shipping of a firearm to or from JR Firearms. Shipping insurance can be purchased for firearms packed and shipped by JR Firearms, please ask for pricing.
JR Firearms is not liable for any damage sustained to firearms or products undergoing alteration or remedial work such as muzzle threading, bolt handle conversion, fluting etc. This is due to invasive machining processes. Therefore, superficial damage can occur, but we will endeavour to minimise this at all times.
